I intend to orphan the gradm package. I do not use it myself anymore
and have no interest in supporting it any further.

The package description is:
 gradm is used to manage the ACL system of GrSecurity. Please note that you
 will need a specially patched kernel for GrSecurity to work (see the
 kernel-patch-2.4-grsecurity Debian package). You can find more information

 Together with Andrew we taken over gradm. Thus I am closing this ITA
