Description: C library for Software Bill of Materials processing
 This library provides tools for SBOM creation, reading, and validation.
 It is needed for supply chain security and compatibility with
SPDX/CycloneDX standards.
 Currently, lib4sbom is not available in Debian, and packaging it will
benefit users needing SBOM support.
