I'll admit that I have been using a script to auto-generate the ITPs and
have not been reading them as in detail as I should be. Ultimately, this
was pulled in as a required dependency for another package which I am
trying to bring up to date.

https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/pwru

The latest version of that package was just released a couple months ago
and one of it's recent releases pulled in a dependency for
github.com/leonhwangprojects/bice which still appears to be maintained,
however, even the latest release of that latter package depends on the
(now unmaintained) final 2017 release of rsc.io/c2go.

It's possible that the newer package from elliotchance is a drop-in
replacement, but from first glance, it looks drastically different from
the rsc.io version and might be a completely fresh rewrite of it.

I ultimately got in a hurry because the current version of pwru in
Debian is marked for removal due to FTBFS and I was just trying to pull
in the latest release and it's dependencies.
