It does not appear like this is being worked on, so I'm setting it back to RFP. I initially thought that the extension would no longer work with newer GNOME Shell versions, but it looks like there are people who are keeping it updated despite it no longer being the primary development focus for System 76 as they build the Cosmic desktop instead.
