On the other hand, using this application will likely worsen your security compared to using the official Signal applications, as it hasn't been subjected to the same amount of scrutiny as the official clients. I believe it's still worth it to package flare for Debian, there are Debian platforms which the official clients will likely never run on, but flare might.
