Bug#1114686: lunasvg too?

Hi, I ran into a use case that needs svg2png and looked at plutosvg and 
lunasvg together. lunasvg seems to have better rendering for my use 
(output from d2lang).

lunasvg has the same upstream as plutosvg, so wanted to check if you 
plan on packaging lunasvg as well? If not, I could have a go at it. Just 
checking so we don't duplicate effort.
