Having checked with Sven off-list, with Sven's kind blessing I intend to adopt recutils, and fix FTBFS bug #1066370. Many thanks again, Sven, for all of your work for packaging and maintaining GNU recutils in Debian for many years, and for your blessing for my adopting it.
