I have filed ITA bug #1110437 to adopt libbs2b. My plan includes: - Switching the upstream source to the maintained GitHub fork at https://github.com/alexmarsev/libbs2b - Updating Debian packaging to current policy and standards - Resolving existing lintian warnings and reproducibility issues - Maintaining ABI compatibility
My work will be hosted on Salsa and submitted for sponsorship via debian-mentors.
