Upstream responded that they won't fix this for now. But this is
probably something we can work around: we could just patch it out and
fix the imports.

But there's a more serious blocker: the sdk depends on hatchling for
building, which is not packaged in Debian yet.

So I've filed #1108420 to track the SDK's packaging, and had it block on
the hatching ITP (#1072818).

For now I've pushed my work to:

Hopefully hatchling will land soon!

Also, llm-claude-3 was renamed to the more generic llm-anthropic.

I'm currently using it with `pip --break-system-packages llm-anthropic`,
and it generally works.
