Neither the old website nor the new website is available anymore. The repository on Sourceforge had the last activity in 2011. The software is written in Java. The mentioned devices are supported by mtkbabel as well.
I don't think it makes sense to package this software for Debian anymore.
As nobody seems to be willing to port it to a current version of Java, I am closing this RFP now.
