Description : Context menu diff extension for GNOME/Nautilus file manager

Context menu diff extension for Nautilus file manager (GNOME Files) adds
"Compare", "Compare to ~/foo/bar" and "Compare Later" to the right-click menu.
By default Meld diff and merge tool is used to do the comparison. Using the
preferences tool, applications for performing standard diffs, three-way diffs
and multi-diffs can be conveniently selected and switched.

I am attempting to reintroduce a package that was removed from Debian
repositories in September 2023 after previous uploader being inactive for about
a decade and me lacking experience with Debian bureaucracy to take it over (see
bug #942772).

Although I have kept the package updated for my own use at upstream, there have
been users and bug reports requesting to package it for latest versions of
Debian and Ubuntu. After removal, also some tools basing on the same code and
with similar names have appeared in various code repositories and being
independently packaged for Debian and other distros.

There seem to be quite some people expecting to find from Debian repositories a
tool to perform diffs via the context menu of GNOME file manager and it is
worth reintroducing the package. Currently I am maintaining it upstream at
Launchpad mostly for historical reasons and with the help of users occasionally
suggesting updates by filing bug reports or contacting me directly.

I am open to cooperation to help reducing reaction times to bug reports and to
keep the package in a good shape for Debian (see RFS ticket #1089241).
