Package: wnpp

Severity: wishlist
Control: block 1083421 by -1
* Package name : glue-qt
Version : 0.3.3
Upstream Author : Thomas Robitaille, Chris Beaumont
* URL : https://github.com/apple-oss-distributions/xar
* License : BSD-3-Clause
Programming Lang: Python
Description : Qt interface for the glueviz package
Glueviz is an open-source Python library to explore relationships within
and between related datasets.
This package is a spin-off from the main glueviz source package which
was recently split upstream into a Python package (python3-glue) and an
executable Qt interface (which will be this one).
The original "glueviz" binary package will therefore be removed from the
original package and be provided here for a transition.
This is a part to finally resolve #1083421, which has a discussion about
this change.
The package shall be maintained in the Debian Astro team in Gitlab:
https://salsa.debian.org/debian-astro-team/glue-qt
I have no timeline for this; so feel free to just hijack this if you
want to speed it up.
Best regards
Ole

This bug was fixed with the release 1.22.0+ds-1; I just forgot to
mention it in the changelog. Here the changelog:
