Hi Vincent:   I have uploaded my work so far to 
https://salsa.debian.org/wchichih/marknote.   Status of packaging:   1. Valid 
deb package that marknote runs without problem.   2. No Error with lintian.   
3. Not confirm that 100% conform Debian policy.   Feel free to review or use 
anything in the repo under debian folder to avoid duplicate work.
