thanks to the initial work of Akshay S Dinesh it was easier to put the
package under Debian Science team maintenance[1]. Akshay, I took your
note
In case I don't come back someone can benefit from these.
as permission to take over in Debian Science team and preserved your ID
as "Uploaders". If you might need push permissions in Science team
just let me know. I'd recommend you remove your local and now outdated
repository.
I overhauled the packaging to Debian Science packaging standards and
uploaded to NEW queue since there are new binary package names. In case
you might not like this team adoption just let me know and I will ask
for removal from new queue. (Admittedly I did not stripped the very
simple, obviously LaTeX-generated PDFs and hope these are not considered
"binary without source" in a copyright review. If I might be wrong here
we get some extra time in fixing this.)
BTW, the package showed up in our Bug of the Day[3] from today and
I hope this QA effort will lead to a higher quality of packages that
are not yet maintained on Salsa.
