gpaint is obviously not maintained anymore. A wrongly filed RC bug kept it from 
entering bullseye and bookworm.
So I orphan it.

Package gpaint was removed from Debian Unstable/Testing back in 2023.
Considering that gpaint only exists in Debian oldoldstable which will
be LTS EOL on 2024-06-30, I am closing this Orphan bug.
