Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

I intend to orphan the rox package. I do not use it anymore.

The package description is:
ROX-Filer is a simple and easy to use graphical file manager
for X11 based on the GTK2 library. It uses a uniform
 drag-and-drop approach for every operation.
 .
It is also the core component of the ROX Desktop Environment.
 .
Invoking rox opens each directory or file listed, or the
current working directory if no arguments are given.

A few basic information.

- Upstream development seems stalled in the last 2-3 years.
There are some forks here and there on github with patches.
- The rox-filer is the main component of Rox Desktop which
is not distributed in Debian, so it could nice adding
more components and a whole package set for the environment.
- Rox-filer is still in use in Puppy Linux AFAIK, which could
be a nice source of ideas and information.
