Description : Run perl program as a daemon process

This module allows a perl program to run as a daemon. The Init
function does all necessary things a daemon needs to do.

This module is needed for rrfw, the Round Robin Database Framework. An
RFP for rrfw will be filed RSN.

I have the intention of packaging rrfw and libproc-daemon-perl myself
if nobody more qualified steps up.

Greetings
Marc
