Hi, I wanted to try to package these XML Schemas, and found them on the OASIS website (no link points to them, though, it was thank to Google). Because there was no copyright notice with them, I asked Norman Wlash for the license they should be distributed under.
He told me these schemas were too bad for the moment, and should not be distributed at all.
