Nextcloud notify-push attempts to solve the issue where Nextcloud clients
have to periodically check the server if any files have been changed.
In order to keep sync snappy, clients wants to check for updates often,
which increases the load on the server.

clients, the need for the clients to make these checks can be greatly
reduced.

Unfortunately, after looking into the list of required grates, I have to
withdraw this ITP. According to cargo-debstatus, there's about 1000
crates to be packaged as build-dependencies for Nextcloud notify_push.
I'll close the ITP bugreport for now.
