The conclusion was from a single individual. I fully agree with Brian's analysis, but I am not a legal professional, and I do not live in the United States. I will not upload a libdvdcss package until we have a consensus and legal advice. Maybe we should have yet another discussion about it on debian-legal. Anyway, be assured that if I uploaded libdvdcss to the archive at this moment, no ftp-master would dare to accept it. I do not want to waste their time. -- Sam.
