Description : Yet another SIP003 plugin for shadowsocks, based on v2ray

This shadowsocks plugin ultilizes v2ray for obfuscation, increasing the

chance to get past internet censorship such as the Great Firwall of China.

It is the successor of the simple-obfs package, which now has been deprecated

upstream. Therefore, it is expected that users of simple-obfs will start

moving to v2ray-plugin.

It's not a dependency for antoher package, and it does require other shadowsocks

packages such as shadowsocks-libev to work. I use it and it's

expected for other users of simple-obfs to migrate to this package.

I'm humbly requesting someone else to package and maintain it.
