Debian has no requirements that fonts be editable with free tools.
Debian has no requirements that all autogenerated files in Debian must
be built from source at debian/rules build time. Our only requirement
(which is ftp-master policy) is that it is possible to build from
source using only tools in main. Many packages in Debian violate the
first two items but probably do match the Debian requirement,
unfortunately we don't have a standard way to verify that.
