Hi,

I added a number of changes to the packaging repository here:

https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/modules/pymupdf

I added a bunch of files to Files-Excluded, namely some files that are patched
copies from mupdf itself (but we don't need them because we rely on the patched
Debian mupdf package) as well as fitz.py and fitz_wrap.c that are autogenerated
by SWIG.

I also got into more detail with the licenses and added more paragraphs to
d/copyright. There is still a question about the overall license because
information in `setup.py` and `PKG-INFO` conflicts. I contacted upstream about
it.

Lastly, I patched `setup.py` to rebuild fitz.py and fitz_wrap.c with SWIG.

Sean: since I removed several files from upstreams tarball with Files-Excluded,
I also replaced the contents of that git repository with the new version that
now doesn't have any of these files. I incorporated your commit but you'll have
to clone the repository again.

Thanks!

cheers, josch
