Bug#926296: RFP: pulseeffects -- DSP effects for Pulseaudio applications

I filed a bug to Debian 
(https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=881224) about the new 
package and someone answered in that bug only after more than a year had 
passed. I hope I will be able to prepare lsp-plugins 
(https://github.com/mikhailnov/lsp-plugins/tree/master/debian, 
https://github.com/sadko4u/lsp-plugins/pull/43) and pulseeffects for Debian.

Maybe I will do it in the nearest time.
