Plink2 will not be compatible with plink1 and plink1.9, so for reproducibility and compatibility we need to keep them in Debian. I still plan to package plink2 but I am waiting for a more stable version to finish the package. I don't want to propose an alpha version, maybe I will wait at least until a beta version.
