I am abandoning the intent to package Zuul. I never got time to polish up the package I did and missed a lot of python module dependencies anyway. Upstream has a new Zuul major version which one might want to package one day. For my main use case (Wikimedia) we are moving out of Debian packages for that kind of softwares.
