Hi Daniel, I'd be more than happy to adopt pwm. It's my preferred wm, and I use it daily. I'm not a developer yet, although I am in the NM queue. I'm currently the maintainer of pdb2dhl and configure-debian, and while I've never maintained a window manager before, I've looked at the code for pwm and understand what I saw fairly well. I'd be more than happy to give this package my time.
