First, it was only a suggestion. Why should not? I've some examples: fortunes and fortunes-de apt-howto and apt-howto-de The people can't see clearly that this package doesn't contains any word in english reading the package name.And yes, if you keep the name "fibusql" write a note in the full and/or short description about it.
