It intends to provide good libre fonts for Chinese typesetting. Current version contains four font styles: Song (serif), Hei (sans), Kai (cursive) and Fang. All those fonts are OpenType fonts. Those fonts are originally distributed aloneside TeX Live suite. Now I intend to package them separately so that system fontconfig may load them as well. Duplication is unavoidable, so some discussions with TeX maintainers would be necessary after this package enters Debian (just like what happened with fonts-arphic-*).
