This program is designed to give you a solid background in international human resources and the issues that HR is facing as we enter the second decade of the 21st Century. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS A minimum of 4 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Bachelor degree or global equivalent. EXAMINATIONS On the 3rd day of training, there will be multiple-choice question exam. We estimate that 3 weeks after the course we will deliver the certifications to the office of participants (for participants who passed the exam). CIHRM DESIGNATION Successful candidates (passed the test with minimum score 60) are granted the designation of CIHRM. The designation CIHRM may be used just as similar recognitions are employed in finance, accounting, insurance, medicine, law, and other professions.
