that seems a strange reason to close a package request code-browser is actively developed and remains one of the few text editors which supports elastic tabstops (very helpful for viewing/editing tsv files) in any case I have abandoned Debian for various reasons but code-browser remains valuable software which would surely see greater use if it were in Debian repositories
