This is the reporting part of the spamcop.net system. It was GPL'd last year. >From the web page: Here is the current source code for Spamcop; we are making it available to help speed development and improve the public reporting tool. The code is production quality, but the installation process is difficult. We are just getting started, so there is currently little documentation. If you can, write some; if not, consider coming back when there is documentation. We welcome contributions; all correspondence about it should be directed to the newsgroup. We would like to avoid forking for now, because spamcop's functionality relies on a centralized issue-tracking database. Seperate copies of this DB will make life for ISPs a nightmare.
