I've packaged it for Debian [1] but unfortunately it could not be included due to lack of copyright statement. Would you be able to include copyright statement somewhere in the source please? You can find information about applying license in the text of the GPL-2 license itself, in the "How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs" paragraph.
