Description : A general purpose ham radio logbook
The logging program runs in text mode, which means it can be
used on a remote server. It was primarily designed with normal
HF/VHF-operation in mind.
Some of the key features include:
- Simple Console based user interface.
- MySQL or SQLite database backend
- Unlimited number of logs manageable
- ADIF import and export
- Easy log backup
- High quality QSL (cards, labels) print with LaTeX.
- Award tracking/statistics functions (examples)
- ARRL LOTW support
- Basic transceiver control via Hamlib

There has been no activity on this ITP for over 6 years.
I have talked with Fabian (upstream) and he tells me that yfklog is
'dormant' with no plans to return it to an active state. This is mostly
because the program has some major issues, including complete lack of
UTF8 support.
As a result of this I am closing this RFP.
