Description : Protein crosslink analysis by mass spectrometry
Hekate automates the data analysis workflow and provides a novel
scoring system based on principles of linear peptide analysis. Hekate
also allows the user to visualize the identified cross-links using
three-dimensional models.

Hekate is written in Perl and is used via the web browser interface.
