In this internet cafe they give courses and instructions on different operating systems. A lot of different operating systems had to be available at the same time and the power of the (old) computer systems were not sufficient for that purpose. A client server environment is developed where the processing is done on a server and the displays are situated on (thin) clients. A user can select an operating system by logging in with the operatingsystemname (pe xp) and gets the desktop of this os on his screen. After closing down all changes are deleted. The environment is designed for an arbitrary number of clients and os'es. Limitations are server processing power and network bandwidth. I am the upstream developer and the package is used on 3 locations (3 servers and 14 clients).
