Hi, As a former bind10 developer, I strongly discourage you from packaging it. bind10 is now a defunct project. See announcement on http://bind10.isc.org.
If you're interested in its DNS components, take a look at http://bundy-dns.de. If you're interested in its DHCP components, take a look at http://kea.isc.org.
