Package: wnpp

Upstream is in a transition phase, at the moment nobody clearly steps
in to be the leader. Package has some bugs that require attention. I'm
not able to make it build on hppa.

Integration with the Spelling Dictionaries and Tools Policy
(http://dict-common.sourceforge.net/) is adviced.

I'm not interested in maintaining aspell anymore.

thanks
