After Cedric added ca-certificates in build deps, the https tests are
passing now.

One more test is failing in pbuilder, though it works outside pbuilder
when I run rspec.

Run options:
  include {:focus=>true}
  exclude {:without_webmock=>true}

All examples were filtered out; ignoring {:focus=>true}
