Hi I communicated a while back with the original author of this ITP (Ariel) and he agreed to allow me to take over the ITP. I have been longer in doing this that expected unfortunately, however, I believe the package is now ready.
I have included an option script from Ariel that allows numlockx to be started automatically via Xsession.d.
