Hi Eriberto,
thank you for looking into nobleNote. I originally intended to write
"Initial release", but somehow forgot about it... I'll fix this and the
other issues right now.
Could you tell me more about this "post-it"? I don't understand where
this comes from and where I would have to put it in the control file...
Best regards,
Christian

Hi Christian,
I can't upload your package but I can help you to fix it.
First, if you are making an ITP, the package is new in Debian. Thus
you should put in debian/changelog "Initial release", not "New
upstream release", because it is the changelog of the package (is the
first release of the package).
To be popular, I suggest to put the word "post-it" in your long
description (debian/control). It will be important on apt-cache search
command.
The README must be removed from debian/docs, because an user won't
compile any .deb content. Thus the README is specific to sources only.
There are lintian warnings:
I: missing-debian-source-format
To see it you must use:
alias debuild='debuild --lintian-opts -I --pedantic'
So you should create debian/source/format file. Content: 3.0 (quilt)
I saw the warning in mentors.debian.net because your package doesn't
built on my system (amd64). Errors:
dh_auto_configure

I hope this help and congratulations for your nice work. I will use it!!!
