Because titles of Request For Package bugs always need to adhere to a
special syntax so that they can be parsed automatically. The form is:
RFP: <package name> -- <package short description>
The "package short description" should be in a form in which it could
also be used in the package's short description later -- and that's
where your description didn't comply (besides the informal bug title).
I've added an according description now.
