granted, i am taking a long time to upload this, but the package is
ready and i have just become a maintainer and simply don't know
exactly how to upload yet...
I took a look at ip_relay and it looks to have a different purpose: to
limit bandwidth. simpleproxy does not have this functionality, but it does
allow you to run it from inetd... So I think both these packages have their
place in debian.
