Yes, try mailing the debian-mentors mailing list (see http://lists.debian.org), describing the package and asking for a sponsor. Also, you adopt an orphaned package formally by retitling the O: bug report. See http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp The WNPP bug report for pm3 is 129594. There is also one for pm3i386.
