ANS-forth as a command interpreter. Used in the FreeBSD third-stage bootloader in a similar (though not quite the same) manner to OpenBoot; also in some embedded hardware projects. Could be used in places one uses TCL now, with more compactness and greater power. (should probably be packaged as libficl/libficl-dev) (this would be an ITP but I haven't finished with twiki yet)
