retitle 130824 ITA: hkgerman -- igerman and wgerman thanks I intend to adopt the hkgerman package and to maintain it in coordination with the new German orthography package igerman98, which I already maintain.
It is planned to migrate both packages to the new dictionaries-common
language selection mechanism as soon as possible.
