After many failed attempts to negotiate the re-licensing with the copyright owners, or to get a clear answer from debian-legal whether it could be uploaded to non-free, I no longer have interest to package it any more. This bug had been ITP since the beginning (no RFP), because I thought it's useful for Thai users and intended to package and maintain it myself, but the legal issues did not allow me to do so.
