An important information: poezio, in the next release (0.7) will use python 3 (only) and switch from xmpppy to sleekxmpp (http://wiki.github.com/fritzy/SleekXMPP/) So, you don't need to have an xmpppy >= 0.5.0, but instead you need sleekxmpp (which is not yet 1.0). Both changes are already done in the developpement version.
