OpenCSG author Florian Kirsch just released version 1.3.1, which hardly changes any code but adds a GPL exception to the license that allows linking against CGAL, which is required for the ITP openscad package (#583476) that depends on CGAL and OpenCSG.
the package's copyright file now includes the whole glew copyright file. this introduces the new lintian complaint copyright-refers-to-symlink-license, but that can be ignored unless we are --pedantic. the package is updated, source and binary packages are built, locations unchanged.
