Accout Team suggested me to fill a bug to Gnome's sysadmins, Gnome's sysadmins don't replied my request ( https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=614762 ), so I started my own hosting for tarballs to speed up the process. Suggestions about the correct procedure to assign permissions for new modules on ftp.gnome.org to my existing Gnome account are welcome.
